Most properties may need to be purchased with cash or hard money, and in most cases, short-term private financing is available at great terms while others can be purchased with conventional loans. All properties require a non-refundable $2500 deposit to hold a property. Closing is at our title company of choice.
MakeYourMoneyWorkInAZ.com’s pricing is net to seller. Buyer is responsible for all closing costs. Our prices are rock bottom so there is room for Realtors and wholesalers to add any fees and/or commission to the list price, unless an agreement is made beforehand. You will still provide your buyer with a very good investment property at well below market value.
